Pre 1990 Forest Allocation Plan – July 2010

On the 20th July 2010, the ‘Forest Allocation Plan (FAP)’ was formalised in Parliament.  All owners of land with Pre 1990 forest on it now need to make a conscious decision on how or if they will participate.
